More Shopping, More Deals

Today found me out and about again, I just couldn't pass up some of these deals.

I guess the granddaughters will be well dressed again next Christmas!

Opening of the Stocking

We did Christmas morning in the hotel before heading home. Now Kevin had already gotten his main present from Santa (he came early) Disneyland, he just had his stocking remaining. So here are some of the pictures of that.

Now I warned Calvin before taking this picture, if he chose to stay in bed it would be blog about. Being a woman of my word here it is. He did like the fact that when Kevin woke up at 6 and wanted to do his stocking Calvin could just lay in bed and watch him!Kevin with his Toy Story Pez.

Rides, Rides and More Rides

Some of the rides Kevin enjoyed while at Knott's Berry Farm.

The steam engine was a favorite of all.
The Pony Express was a fun one. You sit on it and ride the coaster that way. It goes fast lot's of dips turns and yee haws all around.
This is a ride we wish we could all go on, wouldn't it be awesome?

Calvin and Kevin enjoyed the bumper cars.

Does it look like he's having fun on this one? By the time it was over he was a little green. I don't think I've ever seen him like that. When asked if he wanted to go back on ~ ~ his reply, NO mom, Ohey?

Knott's was fun. I got to ride on my first suspended roller coaster. I don't think I'm in a hurry to go back there. It's not laid out very well and it seems to take forever to get from point a to point b. Calvin never wants to see Ghost Rider again. It's Knott's wooden roller coaster and he was very green when he got off not to mention sore. He said it was very bumpy and lot's of jerks. Kevin loved it.

I can't believe that I forgot an outfit! Darn cute one at that. I got one in a 5T and one in a 2T so for goodness sake Heather, slow Grace down a bit, O Hey?I thought Heather would really like the tutu, it can be worn with or without. So fun for little girls to twirl around in!

Disneyland 2009

Once again Kevin got his wish. He spent Christmas at Disneyland (I guess I should say almost got his wish as he prefers Disney World). We spent our first day at California Adventure. HSM3 Pep Rally was of course one of the first stops. We couldn't miss Soaring. Every one's favorite.

We missed Woody but captured a shot with Jessie, every one's favorite cowgirl.

By the Grizzly Bear Rapids, Calvin is smiling because there is know way Kevin is going to talk him into getting all wet! That meant I had to do it.

Grandma/Meemaw went Shopping

Well, lot's of deals out there today. I spent most of my time in the girls and Christmas deco. departments. Sorry boys there just isn't that many cute things that caught my eye for you guys.

These are some jeans for Missy Isa. Thought she'd be styling in this.
Both the girls got one of these. The three main princess' and the writing says ready for the ball.
This is cute. I though it might even be able to be worn for Valentine's day.

These little skirts were just too cute to pass up.

Sure do hope the girls like dressing the same!

Merry Christmas

We have spent the last four days in southern CA. Kevin was very excited when we arrived home from dinner Sunday night to find that Santa had arrived early!! He loved that we were heading to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm.

Beautiful girl.This girl has the most beautiful coloring, she looks so good in red and any other color you put her in. Absolutely gorgeous (but then I am the meemaw).
