Grandma/Meemaw Goes Shopping

Sorry boys, the girls get it all this time. Your time will come this summer when you are spending many days with us, WOOHOO. This will probably be the last time for the girls too. I'm am not going into any more stores or looking at any more ads, it just cost me money. NO MORE SHOPPING, do you hear me?
Any way these were just too cute to pass up. I think if you click on the picture they will enlarge. This is going to look so cute on Isa. It's white as you can probably see, with flowers and a butterfly embroidered on the bottom and above one of the pockets on top. Yes, it has two cute little pocket on the too and a belt that ties. This is a very simple dress it just looks kind of old fashioned and I liked it so it had to be purchased for the little darlin'. They are both a size 2 but look a little big so I'm hoping she fits in them this summer and if not oh well.
Next up the yet to be named little cutie! the dress is so cute it has a little bee matching diaper cover, cute. Hopefully the red onsie will fit a Christmas time it says mommy's favorite present.

Then look at all these!!! The little yellow dress had a red polka dot diaper cover the little skirt is a mini skirt!!! The shirt that matches says mommy's little sunshine, the purple outfit says I'll always be daddy's little girl, the pants have pockets on the back with a little button (I'm sure she'll need these). Then the onesies that say Little Sister, mommy and I love to shop. Also a cute little pair of pink booties.
So both the girls should have an outfit or two, to choose from. Although I do know that Isa has never had a lack of clothes.
Hopefully the baby will have a name soon. I'd hate to have to keep referring to her as baby ?!

St. Patrick's Day Parade

OK, I know I'm long over due for the parade post but here goes. This is part of the crew that helped to decorate it.
Doesn't the new banner look awesome?
Putting up the fringe and pretty purple wrapping.
The early risers, finishing up the last minute details.
Kevin and Sarah in the staging area. Believe it or not these two picked out the hats without knowing what the other had gotten. We've (Cindy and Trudy) have decided they are destine to be together. Another interesting fact, Sarah is born on Flag day, Kevin on the 4th of July. They are so similar in so many ways.
Cathy making sure Joshua has his necklaces on.
On the float ready to roll!!!
Zach, practicing his parade wave.
Pom-poms up and ready ~ ~ sing it with me ~ ~ Together, together we're all in this together . . . . .

Conversations with Jane Q Public

Tonight I had to run to Michael's to get some supplies for scrapbooking, as I was checking out a nice clerk says to me, is that Kevin? (referring to a picture on the front of my wallet)

Me: Yes it is.

Nice clerk: He's so cute.

Me: Yes, he thinks so.

Nice clerk: Does he go to Shadow?

Me: Yes, he sure does.

Nice clerk: He loves to blow kisses at the girls and he gives great hugs.

Me: *sigh* AHEM, yes, we know.

Havin' Some Fun in the Sun

So, after the hard work of decorating the stars, the kids decided it was time for some fun. Off to the Trampoline they went, I love the look on Andy's face in this shot!
Sabrina, really caught some air here. Kevin thinks it's just great.
Everyone having fun and being silly.
Next it was time for a dip in the pool. Yes, to all you snowed in people in WA, it's March and the kids are in the pool here! Don't you wish you where here? Now the whole group is in the hot tub. What a day they had, decorating, jumping on the trampoline, swimming and tubing ~ ~ oh, I almost forgot pizza for lunch.

Preparing for a Parade

Well, it appears that Life Long Dreams is going to be in a parade this weekend.
A St. Patrick's Day Parade. So this weekend Kevin helped to prepare the decorations for the float. Here they are measuring the spaces for the glue and glitter. The same work just a different angle.
Now Cindy is showing Kevin how to paint on the glue for the glitter. He's got it now, he's doing it "himself"
Now he's ready for Sarah to put on the glitter. What team work!! Way to go people, they are going to be lookin' good on Saturday.

Sea World

Well on this trip we could sure tell that Kevin has done a lot of traveling with his grandpa. About an hour out of San Diego we started hearing, Sea World, where are you? Grandpa would always do this with Kevin if he started to get impatient about a destination, Or maybe when he came over to visit Kevin, and the boy was hiding from him, he would say Kevin where are you?Kevin enjoyed Shamu the most, Mark you need to expect the Shamu dance next time you take Kevin out. Now he doesn't want to catch Shamu, he just wants to be splashed ~ ~ got it? He also was fascinated by the Manatee's. Maybe we'll go in search of them while in FL.

The end of the rapids ride now you all know he enjoyed this one. Hope you're ready for WDW Nicole.
Can't look at me a wave, after all a mom with a camera taking a picture of their teenager might be embarrassing (getting on a Sesame Street ride however, wasn't).
Saying good-bye to a character on the way out.

Sunday at the Beach

Kevin is not too sure about what just happened, he was standing on the sand then presto the water is covering his feet!
Hey, wait a minute, where is the water going?Oh, that's so funny, here it comes again!
Guess we'll just have to find some shells.
Here's one isn't it beautiful?

Wonder what he is looking for, he stood like this for a long time.
Oh, it's the Shamu dance, he's waiting for a big splash, silly boy.
