First Haircut

I just had to do something with Peyton this trip. Now I realize to some of you this may not seem that exciting, but to Peyt it was, after all he got to ride in a fire truck. He wasn't that impressed with it and tried to get out.The someone brought him a sucker, that made things a little better.

Every thing was grand when they turned on The Little Einstein's.
Almost done now, just a few final touches.
The final picture will have to wait as blogger was all done with adding pictures.

An Outing With Heather

What an outing it turned out to be! We put Peyt down for a nap and took in an afternoon BINGO session. We got there and there were more people than I've ever seen at bingo before, so I sent Heather to save us a seat. When she returned she purchased her cards then we set them down at our table and went to get drinks. That done I went to get us an order of fries. The game started before I got back, not a problem Heather just played my cards before I returned. The game we were playing was double bingo. I sat down and took over my cards, after a bit a lady called BINGO! Oh well, we didn't win this time - - I look over at Heather's card and I thought it looked like a bingo.
I say to Heather you've got a bingo say bingo.
Heather replies I do not
I say Heather say bingo
Heather where's the bingo
Mother just say bingo
Mother BINGO!
Mother Heather put your hand up
Heather no where's the bingo
by now people around us are laughing
Mother puts Heather's hand up
bingo lady comes over and asks if she has a bingo as bingo lady can't find it either
So ignore the blue 10 that was an accident after we got home.
Do you see the double line bingo? Before you ask there is no prize if you do I was just wondering.

Look Who Came to Visit

Yes, it is Peyton. He's outside already having a blast. Let's see . . . he's already been on the trampoline, rode on a trike and zipped down the slide. Wonder what else he will find to do before noon. Here's Michael on the trampoline and loving it.
Michael was happy to see Casey, Casey was happy to see Michael for about 10 minutes, aah brotherly love isn't it grand.

The Graduate

It's official, Kevin graduated today! WOOHOO Kevin, way too go, we are very proud of you.

Here he is lined up ready to go in for the ceremony. What a day. Kevin did great, there were 500 graduates in his class and the ceremony was shorter than Nicole's and Heather's who didn't even have a 100 in either of their classes. Short and sweet, just the way I like it. He has his diploma in hand and is heading to bed already, I know it's early but he's had a long day. His tummy is also full as we went to his favorite Japanese restaurant for dinner. Now he is eagerly awaiting Michael's arrival and our departure to Disney World.

Valley of Fire

Kevin really enjoyed our adventure today. It was fun to go to the Valley of Fire with the boys, Kevin kept stopping and looking around saying "wow, oh wow, mom, oh wow!" It is really awesome I guess I just never thought he'd think it was an, oh wow. Here the boys are climbing to the top for a photo opp.
Kevin wanted a picture of him taking a picture, silly guy.

Here are the cabins built in the '30's for traveler's to the park. Again they both really liked it.
Kevin and Casey in the doorway of one of the cabins.
We packed a picnic lunch. We didn't want to get hungry on our adventure.
Another place to take a picture.

Notice the drawings of the Indians above the boys? These are all over the park.
Climbing up another "mountain".

It was a fun day. They both enjoyed themselves and are tired out. The first trail we went on was a mile and a half in and then again back out. The rest of the places we went we could drive up too and then walk about 500 feet to see what we wanted too.

My Other Favorite Thing

Doesn't look too sure about what he has in his hand.
A stearing wheel, one of every boys favorite toy.

Getting all cleaned up after a hard day at play.
